Both have a large comfortable double bed, spacious, clean. Windows overlook the inner courtyard, quite quiet. The temperature can be adjusted both by the windows and the air conditioner. In general, there are no questions about the hotel.

Special thanks for the wide windowsill, sitting in the evening and watching the city, just delight! We simply did not find any minuses in the hotel. I definitely recommend visiting.
The hotel is located in a wonderful quiet place within walking distance from the metro. The room has everything you need: a refrigerator, kettle, hair dryer, safe. Comfortable beds, linen, snow-white towels, there was a cooler on the floor. We lived with a small dog (we paid for it separately). Breakfasts are varied, tasty, filling, we did not go hungry. The hotel staff is very friendly, polite. I recommend the hotel, we will come back again.

Everything you need is in the room! You can cook. We made breakfast and headed to the city. We came from Estonia 😊. We liked everything!! Convenient, especially for smokers. I went out to the street and had a smoke. Shops nearby. Feedback always worked!

For the third year, we have been staying at the State Councilor during our trips to St. Petersburg. The rooms are always clean, the staff is polite and strives to make your stay comfortable. The only thing that upset us is that parking is now paid - 1,000 rubles per day. Champagne upon arrival.
